The Meeting Squeezer

The value of a meeting is captured or lost in the 10 minutes after it ends. This workflow squeezes everything out of your notes before it evaporates — in about two minutes.
Input: anything
Bullet-point notes, a transcript from your meeting app, even a photo of a whiteboard or your handwritten notes (modern AI reads both).
The core prompt
Here are my raw notes from [meeting name] on [date] with [attendees]: [paste]. Produce:
1. DECISIONS - what was actually decided (not discussed - decided).
2. ACTIONS - a table: action, owner, deadline. If no owner or date was set, mark it ⚠ UNASSIGNED - don't guess.
3. OPEN QUESTIONS - what was raised but not resolved, and who should resolve it.
4. THE 3-SENTENCE SUMMARY - for someone who wasn't there.
Do not invent anything that isn't in the notes.That last line is the difference between a tool you trust and a tool that burns you. The ⚠ UNASSIGNED flags are your real to-do list: every unowned action is a meeting that will happen again.
The follow-up email (30 seconds later)
Turn that into a follow-up email from me to the attendees: warm one-line opener, decisions, the action table, and a closing line asking the ⚠ owners to claim their items by [day]. My voice: direct, friendly, no corporate filler.The weekly superpower
